The Comeback

I hope everyone had a safe and healthy holiday season!
2022 is HERE… and I’m not sure why (because the last two years have sucked) but I have a good feeling about this one. So many good things are coming and I wish nothing but the best to everyone this year, but before we move forward and talk about the new year, we have to talk about the last one, 2021…I wanted to take a break from posting on social media and the pressure of it was for sure taking a toll on me. Like all people in their twenties do, I went through a weird period where I was stuck in a funk and at the same time had my hardest school semester. I definitely put all hobbies and goals aside to focus on mental health and my academics. Which is why my blog went ghost mode shortly after my first post. It all needed to happen because I feel SO well rested, motivated and excited for this new year and chapter. I have so many ideas of things I want to blog about. I clearly am no journalist or anything near that. Which Is why I don’t care too much about my grammar or language. This blog is 100% me and my personality. Writing about my experiences, interest’s or thoughts is a hobby of mine I want to share. Recently, I have become obsessed with the Colleen Hoover books (thanks tiktok) and really want to start sharing my thoughts after reading. Almost like a book club, and I am so curious on everyone’s else’s thoughts too. That will be a series on its own but along with that I want to be have another series surrounding the HBO television show Euphoria. The hype on Euphoria definitely is not misplaced, I love everything about it from the character fashion, aesthetic, amazing soundtrack, the hard topics that we get to shed light and drama of course. Since the show releases once a week I wanted to do my “reviews” once a week. Discussing the new fashion of the episodes, what took place, and all things euphoria. I love when people are able to share and talk about a show and foreshadow what they think will happen next, which is what I want to do with my series. I can’t wait to get started on all these projects and put this blog to its full potential. Thank you for supporting and reading <3. This is my outlet. My safe space.
